  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Sharing your login with persons or facilitators outside of your organization is against our usage policy.

  • You agree not to share your login access with others unless meeting the following criteria:

    • When you are working within one organization that has paid the appropriate fee for the number of groups being hosted.

    • When sharing with a co-facilitator who may need access to adequately host the group.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase or access, Faith Reimagined grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use or to lead a group.

You may:

  • Use the materials to facilitate small groups or personal study

  • Share printed materials with participants in your group

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the materials

  • Upload materials publicly without permission

  • Modify and distribute materials as your own

5. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day window and may be subject to verification of purchase.

  • After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

  • If financial hardship is a concern, users are encouraged to contact us to discuss possible accommodations, which may be offered at our discretion.

6. Community and Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with the mission of Faith Reimagined.

You agree not to:
